Under additional files I think there should be a checkbox option where you can select from a list the UI gives you - so you could target the specific files to backup if they aren't in any of the categories above.

I'd rather see a simpler layout with a "Description" box that displays text there just like the Add/Remove programs layout.

The toolbar button Add/Remove interface and turn it into a Desktop Cleanup wizard so certain icons can be hidden without disrupting functionality (i.e., Network Neighborhood in XP)

One thing which I don't understand.

On the computer monitor the vertical resolution is very "expensive". The new monitors will go probably for 16:9 aspect. Then, the vertical pixels will be much "expensive".

Why the dialog title, in this example and in many other which I saw on Vista, wastes the vertical resolution?

The icons are small, the title as well...
