The Backup Wizard makes it easy to select what files you want to backup. Select your files, your method of backup  where you want to store them, and you're done.

Under additional files I think there should be a checkbox option where you can select from a list the UI gives you - so you could target the specific files to backup if they aren't in any of the categories above.

The toolbar button Add/Remove interface and turn it into a Desktop Cleanup wizard so certain icons can be hidden without disrupting functionality (i.e., Network Neighborhood in XP)

Why the dialog title, in this example and in many other which I saw on Vista, wastes the vertical resolution?

The icons are small, the title as well...
