I'm a program manager on the Windows Shell Team working on Aero. I've been with Microsoft and the Shell Team for four years and all I've known is Windows Vista :)
For Windows Vista I worked on Themes, Common Controls (comctl32), Task Dialog, Aero Wizard, High DPI, Display & Personalization CPLs.
